William J. DiMondi from Dover, DE is an attorney with a diverse professional background. A graduate of Boston College and Temple University School of Law, Mr. DiMondi has served as legal counsel to former Delaware Governor Michael N. Castle, an associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht and Tunnel and as an associate at Parkowski, Guerke and Swayze. Additionally he served as President of Wyoming Concrete Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of ready mix concrete, blocks and precast products in southern Delaware and Maryland's eastern shore.

He is currently General Manager of The Delaware State Fair, Inc., which conducts the annual 10-day Delaware State Fair and is the majority owner of Harrington Raceway and Casino that operates a full service casino and harness racing track in southern Kent County, Delaware.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Commonwealth Trust Company, he also serves on the Board of Directors of The Delaware State Fair, Inc. In the past, Mr. DiMondi has served on the Delaware Solid Waste Authority, Magistrate Screening Committee, Delaware River and Bay Authority, Delaware Board of Medical Practice, Delaware Real Estate Commission and the City of Dover Planning Commission.
