Peter A. Horty VCard
Chairman of the Board

Peter A. Horty is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CTC and former President and Chief Executive Officer. Peter brings to CTC more than forty-five years of experience in the areas of accounting, business, estate and tax planning. A frequent lecturer, Peter has spoken often on the topics of Delaware dynasty trusts, Delaware asset protection trusts, estate planning and succession planning.

Prior to joining CTC, Peter was a founding partner of a large Delaware accounting firm whose primary focus was providing consulting services to closely held businesses. In addition, he served as an associate professor of accounting for a local college and taught accounting at the University of Delaware.
