Existing Trusts
- Once it is determined that a successor or new corporate trustee is needed, contact Commonwealth Trust Company to discuss the details of the trust(s).
- Send a copy of the trust document to Commonwealth Trust Company for our review.
- Upon acceptance by Commonwealth Trust Company, execute the necessary documentation for successor or co-trustee and forward the documentation to Commonwealth so that we may execute it.
- Upon execution of the documents, an asset transfer may commence.
