Caroline H. Dickerson is Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of Commonwealth Trust Company.  She holds her CBC (Certified Business Counselor) designation from the Institute of Certified Business Counselors, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the professionalism of individuals and firms involved in counseling, valuation, acquisition, sale or transfer or privately owned or closely held companies.

Caroline is a 1991 graduate of Goldey-Beacom College and received Goldey-Beacom's Rising Star Award in 1999.
